Shipping policy

We aim to get your cozy essentials to you and your pet as quickly as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping processes, timelines, and fees.

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia,etc.

We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders. The available carrier and service level will be shown at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Times & Costs

   Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.

   International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-20 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays and import taxes/duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the selected service, and the weight of your items. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $50.

 

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. You can use this link to check the delivery status of your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at acozypethome@outlook.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

 

6. Delivery Issues

While we ensure your package is handed reliably to our carrier partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

   Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

   Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and the damaged product, and contact us at acozypethome@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal at customs, or failed delivery attempts) will be eligible for a refund of the product cost only. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
